Gamification Training Platform
Unity-based corporate training simulation delivering video, PDF, and PowerPoint content through a gamified world map with mini-games.

Built for the client Zealic, this Unity project turned corporate training content into a game: employees progressed across a level map styled as a hospital/office building, unlocking floors and departments, customizing an avatar, and earning badges and achievements as they completed training activities.
Two mini-game systems carried the actual training interactions: a match-3 puzzle module (cell grid, boss items, answer items tied to quiz-style content) and a simple platformer/collectible module, both feeding into a shared progression, content, and data-object management layer alongside login, registration, and user-activity summary screens.

Lead
What I did
- 01Built the level-map progression system (floors, departments, node unlocking) and its data/content managers
- 02Implemented the match-3 training mini-game (grid, item factory, boss/answer item logic)
- 03Implemented a platformer-style mini-game module (platforms, pickups, coin/content reload logic)
- 04Wired achievements, badges, and avatar/profile screens into a shared progression backend
- 05Integrated third-party plugins (NGUI, TextMesh Pro, Facebook SDK, PDF renderer) into a single client build
- 06YouTube and PDF viewers embedded in the game for the training material.
What stands out
- 01Combined two distinct mini-game genres (match-3 and platformer) inside one training progression system
- 02Full hospital/office-themed level map with per-department art and unlockable content
- 03Finished multi-platform builds exist for both iOS and Windows, confirming the project reached playable, distributable builds beyond prototype screenshots.
- 04Design materials include a full flow storyboard (Game Storyboard v1), a Gamification Brainstorm deck, User Flows and Game Initial Definition PPTX docs, and draw.io architecture/data-structure diagrams, indicating a documented design/production pipeline rather than ad hoc development.
- 05A separate settings/pause-menu mockup (world map with Hospital/Office/Warehouse buildings and music/sounds toggles) matches the in-game world-map screens already captured in the entry's existing media.
